I used to be a gym rat, always working out, but I never felt "great" afterwards. Over the years, my health declined more and exercise became such a chore because I'd feel like garbage after and need a longer recovery. Now I do my PT exercises for only 15 minutes at the most in a slow manner or walking in the park.
I can totally relate to this, with feeling like exercise is a chore due to the negative effect.🤦🏻♀️
It’s such a blessing when we finally strike that balance and find an intensity level/activity that doesn’t hurt our body. Good for you, for listening 👍💖
